& 존 맥스웰, 짐 도넌이 쓴 영향력에 관한 아주 좋은 책이다. 영향력은 남이주는 평판이 아니라 하나님이 주시는 인격이다. 이러한 영향력이 어떠한 것이고 어떻게 다른 사람에게 영향을 끼칠수 있는지 챕터별로 설명해 나간다. 비행기가 연착되었을때 짐 도넌이 다른 승객들에게 보여준 선행은 정말 본받을 만하다.
